Here at Essex Boiler & Heating Services we pride ourselves on the aim to be one of the very best heating companies in the whole county. Providing our customers with an unsurpassed service, making the whole process easy, stress-free and all carried out to the highest of standards, we really do treat every job like it is our own home.

Will you flush my heating system?

All boilers that are fitted by Essex Boiler & Heating Services will get a free chemical hot and cold flush. This is not to be confused with a ‘’power flush’’ which is a completely different process. If you do require a power flush, we will give you a fixed price depending on how many radiators you have.

How do I send photographs to you?

We understand that most people would like an appointment for quotes, but when you give us the right information, we can provide you with a fixed quote for the job without attending your home until the day of installation. Most of the time photos might be required which can be sent though the following:

-Instagram
-Facebook/Messenger
If you’re unsure with just sending photos, we can book a FaceTime/video call and our team will be happy to help further with your enquiry.

What do I need to do prior to my boiler installation?

On the day of your boiler installation or other work being carried out, we kindly ask for the working areas to be clear and ready for us to work in. For boiler installations, this will include the area around the gas meter as well as where the boiler is located. Any other work areas such as kitchen sinks, radiators or airing cupboards, we kindly also ask to be clear as this will ensure work can be carried out in the most time effective way possible. If you are unable to do so due to health or frailty, please do not worry, our engineers are more than happy to help and will put everything back in place after work carried out.

What areas do you cover?

We cover 100% of Essex. If you are in a surrounding area, we will endeavour to cover you too! We are a small company who will try to cover as far as we can so do not hesitate to get in touch if you are outside of Essex. We will let you know straight away if we are unable to travel out to you.

Do I need to activate my warranty?

No, you will not need to do anything. As accredited installers, we carry out all boiler registrations, warranties and guarantees, this will maximise the length of time you get. We will also register to Gas Safe, with this you will then receive a building regulations compliance certificate.

What happens to my old boiler and waste?

We always take away any rubbish associated with the job, no matter how big or small. We will recycle 100% of waste that involves our work. Leaving you with one less thing to think about.

Do you work on Saturdays or Sundays?

Normal scheduling will not be booked on the weekends, but if you are vulnerable and in need of an emergency boiler, we can work Saturdays or Sundays to get you back up and running.
